On Thursday the 18th a group of 30 ākonga from Rosehill College attended the Writers Festival at the Aotea Centre in Auckland City. We listened to some inspiring writers including Jason Reynolds, Chloe Gong, Chris Tse, Amanda Esau, Amber Esau, Monty Soutar and more. A great day out for us and hopefully some inspiration has been sparked for some to follow their dreams and to read and write.
