Join our dynamic team at Rosehill College! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Visual Art teacher to inspire our students in both Junior and Senior levels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either Photography or Design and possess a current New Zealand teacher registration along with a strong understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Proven classroom management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all ākonga.
- A commitment to the academic progress of every ākonga.
- Ability to work collaboratively to raise student achievement.
- Will whakamana the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ensure te reo me ōna Tikanga is upheld.
- Be adaptable with a willingness to explore differentiated teaching and learning approaches.
- Commitment to relational pedagogy and restorative practices.
