SPPEEx (South Pacific Professional Engineering Excellence)

The SPPEEx Careers Expo for Maori and Pacifika students is being held on Saturday 17th August from 8:30am – 12:30pm at the Freemans Bay Community Hall, 52 Hepburn Street, Freemans Bay. Below is the program for the day. Throughout the day there will be various stall hosted by companies in Engineering who will shed some light on their role in the industry so have your questions ready. In addition to the stalls SPPEEx have four amazing sponsors BECA, Fletchers, Tonkin + Taylor and Watercare who will provide Keynote Speakers during the day. Watercare and BECA will discuss “Why Engineering” going into depth about how they came to choose Engineering as a pathway and why. Tonkin + Taylor and Fletchers will discuss “Highschool to University” unravelling the transition from High School to University and what the two environments are like.
