Visual Art Teacher

We are looking for a full-time, fixed term teacher of visual art, with the ability to teach both junior art/design and senior level visual arts.  

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • a commitment to the progress of all ākonga
  • ability to work collaboratively to raise student achievement
  • will whakamana the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ensure te reo me ōna Tikanga is upheld

We are seeking a well organised, innovative and inspiring teacher of Food Technology. The successful candidate will be able to raise student achievement with a focus on student wellbeing and positive learning relationships.

Percussion Tutor

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher required to work with keen students for 4.25 hours per week in our vibrant and busy department. This position involves individual and small group tuition of Year 9 – 13 percussion students of all levels. An interest in running a drumline would be an advantage. The tutor will help prepare students for junior and NCEA performance assessments. Teacher Registration or LAT is required.

Brass Tutor

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher required to work with keen students for 3.5 hours per week in our vibrant and busy department. This position involves individual and small group tuition of Year 9 – 13 brass students of all levels. Ability to teach trumpet, trombone and horn is an advantage. The tutor will help prepare students for junior and NCEA performance assessments. Teacher Registration or LAT is required.
