Property Maintenance Officer

We are looking for someone to join our property team who is hard working, flexible, self-motivated
and enthusiastic. Carpentry or building maintenance experience are preferred. Good all round
handy-person skills are essential. You will need a full clean driver’s licence; a good level of physical
fitness; be able to operate machinery and equipment; and have good communication skills. The role
is 40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year. Responsibilities will include operation of the school
boiler and swimming pool. Full training will be given.

Applicants will be police vetted. Applications Close on Thursday 4th April, 4.00pm.

RC – Property Maintenance Officer March 2019

Flute tutor 

3.5 hours per week. The position will start week beginning Monday August 5th, 2019.

This position involves small group tuition of Year 9 – 13 flute students of all levels. The tutor will help prepare students for performance assessments and concerts, and put music theory into practice.
